QCI provides a wide variety of high quality, trouble-free 2-Way and Multi-Port Rotor Valves.  These valves feature one-piece Rotor and Stem, Cavity Free Bodies with Top Entry.  They are maintenance free and provide transitional flow and high flow rates.  QCI valves are machined from castings and are available in bronze, carbon and stainless steel.  End connections are provided in FNPT, 150# Flanged, Butt and Socket Weld as well as Tri-Clamp and Cherry Burrel I-Line. Sizes range from ¼ through 8 inch with pressures to ANSI class 150#. These valves provide multiple flow patterns from 2 though 5 way and in many cases can reduce the total number of valves required in a flow control system.  The Rotor Valves may be actuated for full automation of the process

Allesco expands its service to customers requiring Portable Small Volume Flow Provers with Turn Key Packaging.  These custom units are designed to provide utility, reliability and safety in all aspects of flow proving operations.  Provers are mounted on custom built trailers and filled with transitional piping, valves and fabricated loading arms or hoses.  We offer 150 to 900 psi ANSI class systems.  Loading arms feature a single spring Easy Adjust Mechanism and high pressure swivel joints.  Arms may be electro less  nickel plated as an option.  We complete the package with electrical wiring for interface with the Flow Computer.  Our units are fully tested once completed including hydrostatic test to 1.5 times the rated pressures.  These systems are used in pipelines and terminals where multiple meter sites must be accessed.  For more information contact Peter Farrow .. peterf@allesco.com
